With a capacity to accommodate 6 to 8 people, the house has 03 suites distributed between the ground floor, the upper floor and a chalet. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa, an office space, a bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with a gas oven, stove, refrigerator and dishware. Next to the kitchen, open to the garden and pool, a balcony with table and chairs offers a perfect setting for meals. Upstairs, there are two suites, both with a queen-size bed, air conditioning and mosquito net, plus a TV room. The chalet, located in the garden, has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, mosquito net and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom and a living room with sofa, coffee table, office bench and TV. This room can be converted into an additional bedroom, accommodating up to 2 more people.

The house is very well located, on a cul-de-sac (Beco do Bosque), just 50 meters from the entrance to the Quadrado, where the main shops, restaurants, bakeries and bars of Trancoso are located. The beach is about 1 to 1.5 km away, approximately a 10-minute walk away, and the city's central square is about 3 km away. The stay includes a maid service, which cleans the house.
