With a plot of 2,000 square meters and 20 meters facing the sea, the house provides a unique experience, with large interior spaces and a cozy atmosphere. The house has 6 bedrooms in total, with capacity for up to 12 people. There are 4 luxury suites, all air-conditioned and arranged as follows: two single-storey suites with ocean views, with large bathrooms and king size beds. Upstairs, a suite with king size bed, private bathroom, plus a living room with TV and balcony with sea view. The fourth suite is a cozy “tree suite”, above two cashew trees, overlooking the sea and garden, offering a queen size bed for an even more special rest.

In addition to the main suites, the house also offers two additional rooms, simpler but equally comfortable, with air conditioning and capacity for up to 4 people. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed, and a TV. The other bedroom is smaller, with a bunk bed, and both share a bathroom. These rooms are next to a service area with laundry, for added convenience during your stay.

The 25 m² kitchen overlooks the garden and deck, perfect for moments of conviviality. The dining room, with capacity for 12 people, is integrated into the environment and offers a beautiful view of the sea, creating a perfect setting for meals with family or friends.
